100th issue of Hitguj was released by noted lyrisist and music director Yashwant Dev on 14th December 2014. The function was attended to by around 100 kulbandhavs. People from the Marathe clan form places as far as Goa had made it a point to attend the fundtion. Famous sitarist Shankar Abhyankar who is also known for presenting a humorous and  interesting stand-up-talk-show, entertained the croud by crisp and humourous annecdotes from the Marathi stage and drama. Shri. Bhau Marathe anchored the event. Shri. Yashwant Dev presided the function and declared the 100th issue of hitguj as published. 

Shri. Laxman Shankar Marathe narrated his struggle in the days during which Hitguj was passing through a bad patch. He described the efforts taken by him and others in the pratishthan to revice the dying Hitguj and subsequent efforts to keep it alive. Dr. sau. Sumedha Marathe, the current editor of Hitguj while acknowledging the ewfforts of her predecessor, talked about the progress of hitguj post 2005. She expressed the feelings in everyone's mind that Hitguj should prosper to celebrate the 150th issue in times to come.  

Welknown television artist Priya Marathe also graced the occassion. She was briefly interviewed by Bhau Marathe, a well known anchor and a Jewel of Marathe Clan.   

Those present were finally treated with a delicious Lunch. A memmento of the occassion, a photoframe, was presented to all the participants.
