 Notice is hereby given that the 33^rdAnnual General Meeting of the members of the Marathe Pratishthan is scheduled to be held on 23^rdAugust 2015 at Ishdan Hall, Ishadan Housing Society, S. N. 133/135, Mayur Colony, Paud Road, Lane next to The Jalgaon People’s Bank, Kothrud, Pune 411038 (ph. No 65003609, 9028990102, 9767870214)

The meeting will be held between 10:30 AM and 2:00 PM, followed by a buffet lunch. 

The Agenda for the Meeting is as follows:

1.  To elect the chairperson for the 33^rd Annual General Meeting,
2.  Welcome address by the Chairman of the meeting.
3.  To pay homage to members of the Pratishthan deceased during the period April 14 to March 15.
4.  To accept the minutes of the 32^nd Annual General Meeting of the Pratishthan held on 24^th August 2014.
5.  To approve and adapt the Annual report and the Income-Expenditure Statements and the Balance Sheet of the ‘Marathe Pratishthan’ for the Financial Year 2014-15.
6.  To appoint the Auditors for the financial year 2015-16 and decide the remuneration to be paid to them.
7.  To consider merging and reorganisation of various funds of the Pratishthan to facilitate achieving the broad objectives of the Pratishthan. 
8.  To discuss making Medical Insurance available to the members of the Pratishthan on certain conditions of eligibility.
9.  Take decisions on the letters / proposals received from the members of the Pratishthan and to discuss the future plans of the Pratishthan.
10.  Any other matter with the permission of the chair.

NOTES: 

1. The meeting will be adjourned in case of insufficiency of the quorum.  In such case it will be reconvened at the same venue after half an hour and the requirement of sufficiency of the quorum would not apply to such reconvened meeting.
2. The annual report and financial statements like Income-Expenditure Statement and the Balance Sheet are printed along with. Any member desirous of seeking an explanation related to these documents, should convey it in writing by letter, or email to info@marathepratishthan.orgor by query over telephone/ mobile phone.
3. Any member desirous of giving any proposal, notice, suggestions in respect of the functioning/ projects of the Pratishthan should do so in writing by letter/ email ensuring that such communication reaches the Pratishthan office at least 7 days prior to the date of the meeting.
4. A member attending the meeting should carry a copy of this report.

On this occassion, students/ individuals with outstanding academic / Extra curricular achievements will be felicitated.
